After much thought and much-needed fatherly advice from [link] and [link] I made it official.

Now before all you guys start going "OMFG ARE YOU INSANE?!" hear me out, okay? Today is ' birthday. I unblocked her and . I really want to patch things up with them; no bullshit this time. I emailed her a few times, wishing her a happy birthday and wishing the best for her upcoming wedding.

We're discussing a few things via email and AIM. This is my concerted effort to put all hardships behind us once and for all. She wants furry drama to end as much as I do, if not more. After she removed the Broccoli pics and her t-shirt ad, it knocked me for a loop. Afterwards, I removed all negative art and comments from my pages, swearing I will never fall back. After seeing get his permaban lifted, that raised questions about my permaban with FA. I discussed that with her as well.

I want 2012 to be a better year for all concerned. I'm 40 and I ain't getting any younger! My new year's resolution: I promise no more drama, backstabbing, gossip, rumors or white-knighting ever again. Change has to start somewhere, and for me to see things get any better, change starts with me.
